Mar 13 2010     Congrats to Mangesh Ghogre
CongratulationsCongratulations go to Mangesh Ghogre for his debut in the LA Times on March 9th. Mangesh joined the cruciverb-l list a few months ago and says his puzzle would not have been possible but for the advice received on the list. Mangesh tells us that he is an Indian citizen and a professional investment banker.  English is not Mangesh's first language, but he has been solving the LAT puzzle for 13 years now. And now he has one in print! Let's see some more, Mangesh!

Dan Feyer
Congratulations to Dan Feyer, the new American Crossword Puzzle Tournament champion! More than 600 solvers took part in this yearly event, and while there were many of the familiar names in the top 20, there were also a few surprises. When the dust had settled, Dan was the man, ending a 5-year run by solver extraordinaire Tyler Hinman. Congrats, Dan!
