The anagrammed theme, in this case "inlets" scrambled in theme answers, is new to me.  It seems particularly challenging for a constructor.  I guess the grid would also have worked with "silent" if the lower right section were altered.  And in that case, the silent anagram would have a cryptologic air.

I seem to remember "ouchie" not OWIE, but maybe it has changed in the last forty years.  In any event, I'd go with "Mandel in London."
