This 21x21 managed to keep from offering a single clever fill clue, and provided only 3 of 7 [not 8] good theme clues.
Some Nits to Pick:
Which road signs are TSHAPED? What’s wrong with rulers or nuts?
The theme answers HEARTHGODDESS and HOVERCHARGE differ from the others in that one must mispronounce “earth” and “hover” to read them.
