I enjoyed this theme and:
Wall St. wall plague    MBA
Unlike any vowels in dictionary   LONG [no long vowels in dictionary]
Dollar competitor   AVIS [I thought EURO]

"One offering outstanding services?" for ACER would have been good, but the term acer doesn't exist outside of Xwords.

"'Reach!'" for STICKEMUP is an oldie from westerns.  It was short for "reach for the sky" and was used when someone pointing a gun at another wanted to see empty hands.  This, and last week's two Lash Larue entries, must have been stumpers for those unqualified for AARP.

I never heard of ONI.
