Ultravox or its frontman Midge URE

I'm stuck --- maybe a misprint:  JEANVALJEAN, ARMSEMBARGO, and BRUCEBANNER seem correct, but ERN at 9-Down is clued by "Ultravox frontman Midge" in my newspaper.  Never heard of him or Ultravox so I Googled and found Midge Ure.

RATING:   ;D ;D Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
