Silken Saturday
:) Head lines? EEG [note two words---it’s an oldie but goodie]
??? Sneaky pitch SPITTER [Aren’t all pitches really sneaky? That’s why there are signs so only the battery knows which pitch is coming. {But a balk is a no-no because such a pitching move “deceives the batter” as if each pitch does not do the same. Can’t figure it out.} A spitter has become illegal not because it’s deceptive or sneaky but because it’s uncontrollable --- and fast --- so dangerous.]
Who knew?
… a reporter in the comic strip “Bloom County” or that there is such a comic strip
… the co-star of Blankman or that there was such an opus
… a type of turnip cabbage or that there was turnip cabbage
… the name for a bendable straw---which turns out to be a good one
RATING: ;D ;D Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = No fun
