Hi XXXX,
Thanks for your "Upwardly Mobile" puzzle. Its theme is interesting, but it falls a little short for me. I can see RISING SUN and RISING TIDE, but while swells do rise, "rising swells" isn't a familiar expression to me. And I'm not clear on how MOMENT would fit. I don't recognize "rising moment," either.
