Four long answers end in words denoting impact, but there is no clue to indicate such.  Hit, rap, shot, and impact come immediately to mind.  Neither Gail nor Bruce is unable, lazy, or sneaky; so what is the advantage of not cluing for the theme?

And why are there four foreign words, one of which, CANTO, if clued properly is English?

More importantly, ACNE is not only a teenage condition, and those adults who are afflicted are probably tired of hearing it referred to as a “high school” malady.
