Title: Problems with Puzzle Tracker

I'm having trouble with Cruciverb's Puzzle Tracker:

* When I try to add a new puzzle, it displays the correct info except for the title, which it displays as "(blank title)"

* Some of my recent entries (last six weeks or so) have been lost

Looks like something is corrupted; below the HOME  FORMUM HELP SEARCH ... bar I have the error message:

Table 'smf-cruciverb.smf_tp_blocks' doesn't exist

Any ideas?  I like this tracker, but I guess I'll have to just keep a running local file.
