Title: Word count for 21 X 21?

NYT states that 140 words are maximum for a 21 X 21 (or a little more for themed puzzles). Doesn't NYT mean
"entries" not "words"? I'm working on a 21 X 21 themed. I plan to have 139 entries but, due to phrases, etc.,
there are more words than the 140 max.

Yes, that means entries.
