Mister Magus, there was a jazz musician named Fats Sadi. There  were the Sad Sacks, Sad Cafe, Mr. Sad Head, and a singer named Sadina who recorded only one single in 1965. There was a 1970s-80s rock band called Slade. I can't find any group called Sade. (If such a group existed, were their fans known as Sadists?)

Today's puzzle includes the name of UTA Hagen and Teri GARR. Other puzzles often include Mel OTT, UNA Merkel and AVA Gardner. If not for crosswords, those five people might be almost unknown to the younger generation!

Hey, Jeffrey Wechsler, now that you made a puzzle which includes the names of four female singers, how about giving equal time to the men? You have many names to choose from, including FABIAN, DONOVAN, STING, DRAKE, JOE, NAS, COOLIO, AKON, USHER, PRINCE, NELLY, EMINEM, SEAL and SISQÓ.
