Title: How to contact Will Shortz?

It says in the NYT submission guidelines that if you do not receive a response from Mr. Shortz after 4 months, feel free to contact him. Are you suppose to contact him by mail? Is there an email address I'm missing somewhere?

Some editors are fine with making their email addresses public. Will prefers postal mail for communication with beginner constructors. He receives far more submissions than any other editor, and the postal mail helps reduce the number of sub-par submissions. Once you get the hang of it, and he knows your work, he may give you his email address. (I am not answering on his behalf, this is just what I feel is the case).
