Title: Thu., 12/26 C.C. Burnikel
Post by: magus on December 26, 2013, 09:22:23 AM
THEME:   all 12 edge words can precede EYE to make phrases

GOOD ONES:
Minnesota state fish {& theme}   WALLEYE [that is at the edge or walls of the puzzle is a type of EYE]
Place to see FDR   DIME
French pop   PERE
Ballpark fig.?   AVG

BTW:
Over the last week or so I believe each puzzle had at least one reference to baseball; today there are two.  For an addict in withdrawal, each reminder of what I cannot have is a bug bite I can't reach to scratch.

RATING: ;D ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
