Title: How to Use Crossdown for LA Times Submissions?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to transfer crosswords created on Crossdown over to the format that LA Times accepts for submissions via e-mail?

Any & all input will be greatly appreciated.

I've been informed by one source that I should submit my crosswords using the .XWD file... If anyone else can confirm that this is correct, I would appreciate that. Just don't wanna send it out & have it returned back to me because I've already that happen to me once already with Across Lite (.PUZ).
