Title: Sat., 8/31 Peterson & Wilber
Post by: magus on August 31, 2013, 09:09:28 AM
THEME:   none, but we were double-teamed by two toughs

GOOD ONES:
Tool for hackers   MACHETE [amazing how computers have virtually co-opted the term]
Green opening   HOLE [amazing how ecology has virually co-opted the term]
Pi preceder?   OCTO [especially good next to "Pi follower"]

BTW:
Beauty spots?   UTOPIAS [I get the attempt, but too many beautiful places are are far from utopian.]

HAT-HAIR is new to me, but it's an apt term.

Window in many loft conversions   DORMER [the lofts I know don't have dormers, which are pitched, but rather conform to the straight sides of the warehouses from which they are converted]

RATING: ;D ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
