Post by: magus on May 26, 2013, 09:41:09 AM
THEME:   phrases containing the letter combination LLC [limited liability company]

GOOD ONES:
Title: "Business Meetings"    [the meeting of words within the phrases yields the LLC abbreviation]
Stomach opening   GASTRO
Supplier of household dishes   DIRECTV [naturally I thought china, not antennas]
R-V connectors   S-T-U [the letters, not hitches]
Lullaby trio?   ELS [spelled with 3 els]
Frosty material?   COAL [got me for a second until I realized it's the eyes for the snowman]

BTW:
Annual sports event, familiarly   FALLCLASSIC [it's another term, not a familiar one, for the World Series, which probably should have been the clue]

ESTA is not used in English.

RATING:    ;D ;D
Three grins = Loved it; Two grins = Enjoyed it; One grin = A bit bland for my taste; One teardrop = Not much fun
